You might feel frustrated, unsure what to do, or like you can't fully trust your body.In these one-to-one sessions, we work with both - how your body moves, and how you experience it - so that change feels supportive, not forced.

How sessions work

Sessions are guided primarily through words, so you can focus on what you feel rather than copying shapes.Alongside building strength and mobility, we explore a different way of being with your body - learning to listen, respond, and work with it, especially when it doesn't feel easy.Each session is designed in the moment - sometimes slow and gentle, sometimes more physically demanding - based on what feels needed for you and what I observe.


Over time, people often feel more steady, more capable, and more at ease in their body - not just during sessions, but in everyday life.

I'm Moni de Boo. For more than a decade I've been teaching and studying movement, anatomy, and the nervous system.My work began in yoga in 2014. Yoga continues to influence how I approach movement, the body and life. Over time, however, I came to feel that yoga alone was not always enough. Moving through pregnancy, birth and postpartum in my own life, made it clear to me that deeper healing asks for something more.
This is the space I now hold for others.
What shapes my work is the understanding that how we feel in our body - not just how it functions - plays a central role in how we heal, move, and live.Working individually allows me to notice subtle patterns, respond to what is present in your body, and support areas that may need more space, strength, or care. Rather than applying a fixed method, we explore movement in a way that works for your body.Over time, this process leads to greater steadiness, mobility, and confidence - not only within practice, but in everyday life.


People come to this work in many different situations. Some are navigating pregnancy or postpartum recovery, returning after injury, or experiencing stress, burnout, long COVID, hypermobility, or joint pain. Others simply want to understand their body better and explore movement with more awareness.


Training and influences
My background includes training in teaching private yoga sessions, pre- and postnatal movement, functional anatomy and movement education and nervous system-informed approaches to working with the body.

I continue to refine my understanding of movement through regular private Pilates practice and ongoing study with teachers working in therapeutic and somatic movement traditions.
