I’m Moni de Boo, a yoga teacher offering body-informed sessions guided primarily through words. Rooted in over a decade of teaching and continued study of movement, anatomy, and the nervous system, my work integrates yoga, Pilates, and somatic awareness into thoughtful, highly individualized private sessions. Teaching is primarily verbally guided, inviting you to listen inward while I stay attentive to your movement and offer support when needed.People come to me during times of change—such as postpartum—or when seeking strength, comfort, and renewed trust in their body.
